•Attention read before booking! There will be a $75.00 deposit to book the bounce house and 360 camera it will be refundable at the end of reservation if nothing is damage or missing. And I only take ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS ONLY. Cash App, Apple Pay and Online payment. 
Maximum 5 children inside the bounce house at a time. Absolutely NO ADULTS IN BOUNCE HOUSE.

• All jumpers must remove shoes, jewelry, badges, eye glasses, toys and any sharp objects before entering the BOUNCE HOUSE.

• Absolutely NO confetti, gum, candy, food, drinks, sprays or other sticky/liquid substances are allowed in the bounce house. Failure to follow these guidelines will result of an additional cleaning fee up to $75.00

• No smoking in or around the bounce house.

• To avoid neck, back or legs injuries or any other injuries please no wrestling, flipping, or fighting in the bounce house.

• No hanging from the netting on the sides or from the roof of the bounce house. A repair fee will be up to $500 if the sides/roof is damaged.

• Always keep bounce house away from heat and open flames, material that will burn or melt the bounce house.

• If bounce house begins to lose air, make your way to the exit immediately. And contact Merissa Coker PlayLand.

• Bounce house must be staked to the ground securely at all times to prevent tipping or injuries. Do not use if winds exceed 25mph. If high winds exist, exit bounce house immediately and contact Merissa Coker PlayLand.

• Keep children away from the blower that’s attach to the bounce house it can cost a risk of electric shock and serious injuries from moving parts of the blower.

• Do not operate the bounce house when raining or if the ground is wet. Risk of serious injuries due to slipping hazard and electric shock from the blower if wet conditions exist.

• Children’s safety depends on you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required. As the lessee of the bounce house, the safety of all who come in contact with the bounce house or parts therefore is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. 

• Do not turn off blower or attempt to take down the bounce house. Merissa Coker PlayLand will take care of taking down the bounce house.
                  
                 Weather Policy 
•We have the right to cancel any reservations due to severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions.

                        Cancellation Policy
•A 48hr notice of cancellation is required (if due to weather conditions you have 24hr to reschedule for a later date) Cancelling without 48hr notice will result in deposit forfeiture. 
                   
                    LIABILITY RELEASE 
• This rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition (ordinary wear and tear accepted).

• Customer assumes all responsibility for injuries to persons or damages to property and agrees to release and hold Merissa Coker PlayLand harmless for any and all claims, of any nature, arising out of use of the rental equipment while in his/her custody. In the event that the release and hold harmless as contained herein is held unenforceable for any reason, customer herby agrees to a limit on any damages claimed by customer to the total paid to Merissa Coker PlayLand for the rental.

• Customer agrees to give Merissa Coker PlayLand permission to enter the property at any time to repossess said equipment. 

• Customer agrees not to loan, sublet or otherwise depose of bounce house, or use it at any other location than where Merissa Coker PlayLand set up the bounce house.

• Customer agrees to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to bounce house and equipment.

• If the bounce house or 360 camera equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair the renter agrees to pay up $2,500.00 (two thousand five hundred dollars and 0 cents). You will have up to 30 days to pay back Merissa Coker PlayLand after 30 days l will take legal action and the price of the lost, stolen, or damaged product will be double.                                    -             
•The person/s or organization renting this equipment from Merissa Coker PlayLand will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injuries occurring for any reason whatsoever. 
•I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that while in my care I am fully responsible for the bounce house and the kids that play in there and I will pay for any loss or damages that may occur to the bounce house.
